I am still confused if a tomato is a fruit or a vegetable. But this is one of the reasons why tomatoes are my favorite. They are very complex and can be cooked as vegetable or be eaten as a fruit. One of my favorite recipes that uses tomato is the Linguine in Fresh Tomato Sauce With Garlic-Basil Toast. I really love this pasta meal and it is easy to cook.
